
Replacement of MB 106.89 over Connecticut River (CT 106.89) - AMTRAK
The project consists of complete replacement of Amtrak’s existing Connecticut River Bridgewith a new two-track, electrified railroad bridge. Connecticut Bridge is in the Towns of Old Lyme & Old Say brook, CT, and is located at railroad MP 106.89 on Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor, New England Division, and at river MP 3.4 on the Connecticut River.
- Under this contract, we are responsible for configuring and commissioning the Network communication, Video Surveillance system, Access Control system, Intercom System, Fire Alarm System, Marine Radio and Air Horn.
- We are also responsible for coordination services necessary to complete or perfect all parts of the
- Data Network Equipment, and to ensure that they comply with requirements stated or reasonably inferred under the contract.
- We are responsible for performing all required coordination with the Owner Representative and stakeholders to finalize all functional, operational, and performance requirements of the network design.
- We are responsible for performing all necessary coordination required to verify and implement the LAN requirements including authentication, performance, Quality of Service (QoS), resiliency, routing protocols, etc. to ensure that the installed LAN meets the requirements of the systems.
