Design build services for passenger experience enhancements (CM030) - MTA C&D/LIRR
- Under this contract for MTA ESA, we were associated with designing services for passenger experience enhancements. As a part of this, our responsibility was to configure multiple Cisco switches to provision installation of new CCTVs in GCM concourse.
- We were also responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Alarm Management System (Neural Star) to support alarms from BMS/FLSS networks. Programmed and configured several servers in vital and non-vital networks such as DCRS and SMM.
- We were responsible for modifying programming and configuration of Support Network Alarm Management System (AMS), Data Capture Reporting System (DCRS), System Monitoring and Maintenance System (SMM) and Voice Communication System (VCS).
- We have updated the existing as-built Software Requirements Specification, Software Design Document, Design Display Guideline, Software Configuration Items List for AMS, DCRS, SMM and VCS. Also performed testing of DCRS, AMS, SMM updates and modifications under this scope of work.
