Grand Central Madison Miscellaneous Remaining Work (VS300) - MTA C&D/LIRR
This project includes miscellaneous work in Grand Central Madison. Grand Central Madison is a commuter rail terminal for the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) in the midtown east neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City.
- We are responsible for conducting surveys of various communication rooms and closets across Grand Central Madison to determine connectivity requirements.
- We are responsible for performing the Integration of CCTV and Access Control Devices: Working with MTA to integrate CCTV cameras and access control devices into the LIRR's existing VMS and MTA-IT network.
- We are responsible for creating detailed network drawings illustrating how CCTV and access control devices are connected to the network, and we are responsible for developing and executing test procedures, including comprehensive execution reports.
- We are responsible for configuring and integrating Passenger Emergency Telephones and Public Address (PA) speakers into the MTA network. Creating network diagrams, developing and executing test procedures, along with providing execution reports.
